A WARNING THAT THESE FILES ARE GRAPHIC AND DISTURBING. THEY SHOULD NOT BE READ BY ANYONE UNDER 18 AND MAY BE SERIOUSLY TRIGGERING TO SURVIVORS OF TRAUMA AND ABUSE. BUT I THINK THAT MOST OF THE PUBLIC REALLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW HORRIFIC MUCH OF THE EPSTEIN FILES ARE, AND THE FACT THAT THE DOJ TRIED TO HOLD THESE BACK, WHEN THE FBI CONSIDERED THE CASE LEGITIMATE ENOUGH TO INTERVIEW THE VICTIM FOUR TIMES AND THE EPSTEIN ESTATE SETTLED WITH HER MEANS THEY SHOULD BE SEEN BY THOSE WHO WANT TO SEE THE AND KNOW WHAT IS BEING ALLEGED.

The U.S. Department of Justice has now released 3 of the 4 missing FBI interview files from a woman a survivor of sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein, who received who says that she was repeatedly sexually abused by both Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. The woman, known in legal filings as Jane Doe 4, filed a lawsuit against Epstein's estate in 2019. While she was deemed ineligible for the official Epstein Victims' Compensation Program (for reasons never publicly specified), her attorney, Cheney Mason, confirmed in January 2026 that she received a private financial settlement directly from the Epstein estate after voluntarily dismissing her lawsuit in December 2021.

In February 2026, it was revealed that three interview memos which contained accusations by this Epstein survivor against Donald Trump were missing from a massive Justice Department document dump released on January 30, 2026. These were eventually released by being reinstated into the DOJ Epstein library or database late in the day on March 5, 2026 after intense public and congressional pressure. There are still roughly 37 pages of records that are believed to relate to this survivor still missing from the public database. The DOJ has announced that nearly 47,635 files, which were previously taken offline for review, are expected to be available by the end of the week of March 5, 2026.

The White House has dismissed the allegations contained in these FBI interview "302 files" as "completely baseless" and "non-credible," citing other events in the woman's life since the abuse in an attempt to discredit her as a witness or victim.

In 2019, the woman, now an adult, phoned a hotline that the FBI set up for Epstein victims or survivors to furnish information. The FBI subsequently interviewed her on four occasions and she furnished extensive accounts (as you will see) which comport with parts of many other accounts and evidence in the Epstein files. The interview transcripts also provide extensive evidence of potential alleged crimes against minors that could be investigated and bring in the names and descriptions of Epstein friends and associates that the survivor says witnessed or participated in the abuse of minors.

Interview Excerpts:

" On one occasion, ■ asked EPSTEIN, "why he (EPSTEIN) does those things to

me?" EPSTEIN responded by disclosing he had been molested as a child by a

"boy" in his family, and possibly his aunt. ■ thought the boy was either

an uncle or a cousin; he definitely mentioned abuse by both a male and

female. EPSTEIN was starting to say intimate things about himself. He was

sharing and it began to make her feel like she had some of the power. She

recalled thinking at the time, "Wow, this is the same asshole who is

horrible."

"EPSTEIN had two sides to his personality. Looking back on the

situation now, ■ stated EPSTEIN was, "probably grooming me." ■ , "got

super fascinated" in the sexual acts that involved EPSTEIN being submissive

to ■ . She felt relieved to be the one not being abused. recalled they

did not "mix" the sexual abuse, meaning the interactions wherein EPSTEIN

physically abused ■ were separate interactions than those that involved

EPSTEIN being submissive to . Every time they entered a bedroom, sexual

abuse of some sort was involved, and in general, every interaction included

sexual abuse. The one exception was the concert in Georgia (detailed

above). Even though EPSTEIN was alone at the concert, they did not have a

place where he could engage in sexual activity with her."

10 Page Interview With the Reporting Survivor Conducted on 07 August 2019:

4 Page Interview with the reporting survivor conducted on 20 August 2019. This interview primarily concerns threats and vehicle attacks / incidents that the survivor says she and her mother endured for many years after the years after she says she was sexually abused (those occurred when she was 13-15 years old).

2 Page Interview (Marked Interview #4) with reporting survivor conducted on 16 October 2019.

"The agents also explained why they wished to keep the fourth interview focused on abuse endured at the hands of individuals associated with JEFFREY EPSTEIN. II previously mentioned she had sexual contact with (current U.S. President) DONALD TRUMP while she was a minor. She previously explained the contact was facilitated through her association with EPSTEIN. II was asked whether she felt comfortable detailing her contacts with TRUMP. II again asked what the point would be of providing the information at this point in her life when there was a strong possibility nothing could be done about it. The agents asked II to go home and take as much time as she needed to think about speaking with the agents further. II agreed and the interview ended."
