The Supreme Court voted Friday to keep extreme restrictions on a commonly used abortion drug mifepristone from taking effect while the litigation continues in the lower court. Fox News abruptly reached a settlement with Dominion Voting Systems just hours after a jury was selected on Tuesday, averting what would have been a historic and consequential trial. The $787.5 million agreement was one of the largest defamation settlements in U.S. history.
