Wade into Federal law Mitch McConnell scrapped the filibuster on multiple occasions to advance conservative priorities and nominees, including three Supreme Court justices. Now, half of the Democrats in the House are calling for Senate Democrats to bypass the filibuster to defend a woman's Constitutional right to choose. We want to hear from you on this critical issue: Do you believe the filibuster should be abolished and/or sidestepped to codify the protections of Roe v. Wade into Federal law? We're really trying to garner significant feedback from all 50 states to get the best sense of where voters are on this issue. Thank you for your time and support, 314 Action Fund | |

314 Action is a grassroots community of over 6 million people working to elect Democratic scientists at all levels of government who will use science and facts to address some of our most pressing issues from climate change and gun violence to health care and protecting the environment.
To date, we've flipped five U.S. Senate seats from red to blue, including drafting both Mark Kelly and John Hickenlooper to run, helped Democrats flip the House in 2018 by electing eight Democrats in red to blue districts, and secured more than six dozen state legislative victories -- All with an average donation of $18.
The best way we can build on the progress we've achieved and empower President Joe Biden's science-first agenda is to defend our razor-thin majorities in the House and Senate, which is why we're targeting 68 Senate, House, Gubernatorial and statewide races ahead of 2022. We're creating political consequences for the Republicans who disavow science, deny the reality of climate change, and spread conspiracy theories as a result.
